How would you describe Gold Rush Espresso to someone who’s never been there?

“Gold Rush Espresso is cozy, community-flavored, and personal, with solid drinks and a welcoming staff — a good stop for coffee lovers who appreciate local personality and flavor.”

What inspired you to start the business, and what keeps you going today?

“What inspired us was the opportunity to carry on something the community clearly loved while bringing our own energy and care to it.

What keeps us going today is the people. Being part of customers’ daily routines, seeing familiar faces, and knowing we play a small role in starting someone’s day never gets old. The support from the community, the relationships built at the window, and the chance to keep a local favorite thriving are what motivate us every day.”

What are your customer favorites or most-ordered drinks right now?

“We are known for our Lotus Energy creations and our signature espresso drinks, including the Campfire and the Gold Fever. Customers also really look forward to our blended monthly special, which changes every month.”

What do you enjoy most about serving the Cottage Grove community?

“Our team has been a huge part in making Gold Rush what it is today. We have become family in and outside of work. They love what they do, and it reflects in their hard work and personalities that keep our customers coming back.”

One fun or little-known fact about your shop or your team?

“Many of our regulars’ orders are so familiar that we can often start making their drink as soon as we see their car pull in.”
