Jo’s Dough

Jo’s Dough is a local Cottage Grove cottage bakery offering handmade sourdough loaves, rolls, cookies, and rotating seasonal baked goods.

Founded and run by local baker Emily Merrigan, Jo’s Dough focuses on slow-fermented sourdough, small-batch baking, and simple ingredients made with care. Each loaf and treat reflects a handcrafted approach that highlights the quality and character of true homemade baking.

More than just bread, Jo’s Dough is rooted in gathering around the table, sharing with neighbors, and building community one warm loaf at a time.

In addition to direct ordering, Jo’s Dough products are now available locally at Bean There Done That, Coast Fork Brewing and Feed Store, and the Lorane Family Store, making it even easier for Cottage Grove residents to find and enjoy their baked goods.
