Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sunfish has developed a sound that blends elements of grunge, alternative rock, pop, and heavier influences into something uniquely their own. Described as "glitch grunge" by the owner of Utah's renowned Velour Music Gallery, the band's music combines driving guitars, atmospheric keys, dynamic rhythms, and memorable hooks.

Led by guitarist and vocalist Carter Sears, Sunfish has shared stages with acts including Dead Poets Society, Arlie, Friday Pilots Club, IDKHow, and Badflower while building a reputation as a must-see live act.
